Subscription

Only person(s) who have duly completed the form containing all the mandatory information requested by Talentztutor and have accepted the same without reservation to the Terms of Use may benefit from our services. Access to all Services offered by Talentztutor is conditioned by your subscription. You must complete all the required fields to access our services. On your registration, you will be asked to provide personal information, which will then enable you to identify yourself and facilitate your navigation and your access to the various services. By completing the subscription form, you agree to provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You will update this information each time you change your situation. If we know or believe that all or part of the information provided during your subscription is incorrect, incomplete, we reserve the right to close your account and block any further access to our services, without prejudice to any other remedy or action.

Pricing

Our courses are classified into three groups, Trial Lessons, Three Lessons and Full Course. The students can choose any of them as per the requisite. The prices vary as relevant to the course type you select. The prices are expressed in Dirhams all taxes included. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of subscription of the service and for the duration of the service. The prices are based on the subscription option you choose, they are expressed in Dirhams and payments must be made in Dirhams via online payment whilst the enrollment process. In case of insufficient provision or any other reason for non-payment, we can legally and without it being necessary to send you a formal notice, suspend access to our services. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription, automatically, without judicial or extrajudicial formality.

CHANGING FEES

Talentztutor completely reserves the right to change any fees or charges for the usage of one or most of our services, provided that such amended charges or fees don't apply for users who paid prior to the changes. Any modifications or amendments in price and charges of our services will be put to notice to the users via Email.

REFUND POLICY
Memberships

Unless the subscription plan is offered with a span of 30days Money back Guarantee, The payments are Non-refundable. There shall be NO refunds or credits for partially used periods, unless and otherwise required by the applicable law. You may cancel your membership in accordance with the terms of service.

Incase of a purchase of an Annual Subscription plan offered with a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee, the user will be entitled with a full refund option upon the cancellation of the services by contacting us to request a refund.

Once the Refund is confirmed, the user will completely detach and lose the access to TalentzTutor Membership. Talentztutor has no obligations to consider or grant refund requests for given reasons- i) For subscription plans purchased with a 7-day or longer Free trial, ii) Subscriptions that do not occur within the first thirty (30) days of your membership or iii) If there’s a violation of our Terms of Services and our Community Guidelines or cases of fraudulency. The users will be entitled to One refund only, After your refund any future subscription will no longer qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

RULES FOR ALL TUTORS

Signing up as tutors on this site, you’re entitled to agree to the following rules.

You’ll use the services only for lawful purposes and agree to not use the services in any ways that will infringe upon the use or rights of any other user.
Your use of services is subjected to all applicable laws and regulations, and you’re solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the service.
You will not upload any copyrighted, trademarked or proprietary materials on the service without the expressed permission of the owner. You will not post any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party.
You assume full responsibility for the content of the service offered.
You understand that classes posted are publicly available to be viewed and accessed by any student.
You agree that you’ll not engage in any behavior that constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email ( Also known as spamming), chain letters, any forms of gambling and any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
You will not share content from the services with anyone who is not properly licensed to access the content.
You will not upload, share, post, distribute or otherwise partake in any behavior that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts ( Including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatning nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise · You will not partake in any behavior that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

SPECIFIC RULES FOR STUDENTS

When you enroll in a class on the Site, you agree to the following rules:

You will accept all of the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy listed in the Service when you agree to enroll in or access a class on Talentztutor.
You will follow all reasonable rules set by a teacher with respect to a class, and you will not take any actions to interfere with the teacher or any other students in the class.
You may access class content for your information and personal use only.
You will not copy any materials or techniques for purposes of your own or others’ classes, or for interfering with any class or the teacher’s ongoing relationship with any students participating in such class.
Talentztutor reserves the right to delete or suspend your account if you violate any of our rules, or at any time and for any reason.

STUDENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

You may participate in our “Student Referral Program” by referring potential students to the Service. Under the Student Referral Program, you will receive an award (a “Student Referral Award'') of 1 free month of membership for each Qualified Student Referral (as hereinafter defined) redeemable only when you upgrade your Talentztutor account to a membership.

In order to receive a Student Referral Award, each of the following requirements must be met (any referral for which all such requirements are met hereinafter referred to as a “Qualified Student Referral”): (i) you must log in to your Talentztutor account on the Service and select the “Invite Friends” link; (ii) you must share the link provided with friends via Facebook, Twitter or similar services, by copying and pasting the Unique Referral Link generated via the Service, by sending the Unique Referral Link in an email via the Services to your friends, or by using the other tools provided by Talentztutor to share the Unique Referral Link with friends; and (iii) a friend who clicks the Unique Referral Link must create a Talentztutor account and successfully pay for the first month of membership that is not refunded. We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove referrals should we notice any activity we determine as abuse of the referral program.

Creating the user account

To create a Talentztutor Account, you must be of legal age or duly authorized to do so. Parents or guardians of parental authority are advised to monitor the use made by their children of access to our services. They must know that our services are likely to interest a large public, including children and it is their responsibility to limit their children’s access to some of our services and monitor more generally the use they will make of our services. If you are under 18 years of age, you declare and acknowledge that you have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardians to use our services on the Talentztutor website and to subscribe. Your parents are responsible for complying with all the provisions of these Terms of Use.
